Keith Hickey

Keith Hickey serves as Momentum’s Executive Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development. In his current role, Mr. Hickey coordinates all corporate and finance activities including M&A efforts, joint venture management, capital markets activity, financial planning and analysis. Most recently, Mr. Hickey coordinated the M6 acquisitions of Align, Midcoast and Clearfork Midstream and the associated financings. Mr. Hickey joined Momentum in 2008 and has served in various finance and commercial roles of increasing responsibility. Mr. Hickey received a B.A. from LSU and has completed executive education courses at SMU’s Cox School of Business.
