Douglas Gas Gathering System
Gas gathering system in Powder River Basin acquired from Kinder Morgan. It consisted of 1,324 miles of gas gathering pipeline covering a 4,000 square mile area in the Powder River Basin. The gas and liquids were processed by Kinder Morgan. The system was sold along with other M1 assets to DCP Midstream in 2007.
