Executive Vice President and General Counsel

Ms. Breagy has served as the General Counsel of Momentum since its inception in 2004. In her current role as Executive Vice President and General Counsel, she is responsible for oversight and management of all of the company’s legal affairs. She has overseen the successful exit of Momentum’s sponsors from four portfolio companies valued at approximately $4 billion. Prior to her career at Momentum, Ms. Breagy worked as counsel to the Southern Ute Indian Tribe, in Durango, Colorado, particularly focusing on M&A and finance transactions involving the Tribe’s energy assets. She received her J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law, where she served as a member and editor of the Law Review and was recognized with the Indian Law Clinic Award for her outstanding service as a student attorney in the matter of Joselius Saenz v. Department of Interior (10th Cir. 2001).
